One of the key issues addressed was risk assessment during the use and management of the Common.
The risk of different users, such as bike riders, moving cars and people, present the potential risk of collision.
To address this, the board is planning on keeping certain grids and gates locked until the issue is resolved.
The first tranche of land is being prepared to be transferred to the Karuah Land council, this land is Hungry Hill and the land known as Norm's Corner.
A community advisory board has also been formed to provide advice to the board on community issues.
