Both teams will be looking for their first win of the season.
The Cobras narrowly missed out on claiming their first win on Friday night when they were beaten 14-12 by Raymond Terrace under lights at Lakeside Sporting Complex.
Fullback Claudia Watt scored a double and halfback Kristen Bradley converted both tries.
Clarence Town, who won the 2023 B-grade premiership, dropped back to C-grade after starting the season in A-grade and being on the wrong end of 60-0 losses to Raymond Terrace (A-grade) and Cessnock.
It was their first game since April 20, with the bye in their return to C-grade and their round four game part of a competition wide wash-out.
Dungog's away game against Shortland was washed out on Saturday. They have not played since round 3 on April 27 when they were beaten 20-8 by Glendale.
It was also a close run thing for Clarence Town in the men's C-grade game against Raymond Terrace with the Cobras losing 20-16 on Friday night.
Josh Osmond ran in a hat-trick in a starring performance for the Cobras.
Clarence Town, who have one win and three losses, are away to East Maitland on Saturday.
Clarence Town had a tough introduction to the 2024 Women's Community Tackle Competition with a 60-0 loss to Lakes United at Lakeside Complex on Friday night.
It is the only game to have proceeded so far with round one a wash-out and the other four round two games washed out as well.
The Cobras are away to Dudley on Saturday.
Paterson win to remain on top
Paterson had a 20-8 win against Raymond Terrace at Paterson Sportsground on Saturday, May 11, to remain on top of the D-Grade Northern Conference.
Paterson rain in four tries to two in wet conditions to take their record to three wins and a loss.
In the other completed game in the group, Stroud defeated Mallabula 26-18.
The games between Gloucester and Karuah and Hinton and Morpeth were washed out.
Paterson are away to Mallabula this Saturday, while Stroud host Morpeth, Raymond Terrace are home to Karuah and Hinton play Gloucester.
