Bidner's 101 more than doubled Old Victoria's entire score as they were bundled out for just 41 chasing Paterson's 7/223.
Opener Chris Merchant contributed 30, David Puxty made 24 and Steve Jenkins was 15 not out at the close of Paterson's innings.
Only Bridges and Rigby Vane-Wood were required to bowl as they dismissed Old Victoria for just 41 in the 15th over. Vane-Wood picked up 3-25 off 7.5 overs as he and Bridges dominated the batsmen.
The win takes Paterson to the top of the ladder equal on 10 points with SMR after three rounds.
In C-grade, Paterson had a 78-run loss to Lochinvar at Paterson Oval on Saturday.
Harrison Bridges led the bowling with 4-19 as Lochinvar was restricted to 6/163 from their 35 overs.
Paterson were in trouble losing three early wickets in their run chase and it was left to Grant Jackson with 26 and Jackson Matthews with 19 to stage a recovery of sorts.
Gavin Presland was 16 not out when Paterson were all out for 85.
