Northern NSW Football (NNSWF) announced Jenny as Hunter Valley Football's Newcastle Permanent Community Coach of the Month for April 2019.
Gresford Vacy Football Club nominated Jenny for her commitment to a number of teams over the years of her service to the club.
This season she coaches the Under 12 girls' team with team manager Nyree Wiseman.
"Coaching is one of the most important factors in the football experience had by our players," NNSWF Senior Officer Community Football Ross Hicks said.
"It is important that coaches like Jenny continue the great work they are doing at Gresford Vacy so that their players develop a love for the game and continue to have the best football experience possible."
Newcastle Permanent Rutherford Mobile Lending Manager Linda Hunter, congratulated Jenny on becoming the recipient of the Newcastle Permanent Volunteer of the Month Award.
"Coaching plays a vital role in developing the skills and attitude of young players," Linda said.
"Through our Community Football Awards, I am delighted we are able to recognise the efforts of local coaches who are dedicated to developing their players."
Jenny will receive a coaching pack inclusive of balls, markers, bibs, whistle, polo shirt and cap courtesy of Newcastle Permanent to assist them in continuing to fulfill their valuable coaching role at the club.
