And when there’s no action replay to be seen, images of our beautiful shire will be beamed to showcase the area to visitors at the Easter Saturday (March 31) event.
“Most of the people who come to the rodeo are visitors from out of town, and we thought to showcase our beautiful district while have them here,” said Tom Boorer.
“With that in mind, we are suggesting to any business that is not already a sponsor of the Dungog Rodeo, that they might like to come aboard, and be a part of it all.
“We intend that a short documentary type film will run all day, featuring shire beauty spots, individual businesses, buildings of great interest, such as the Presbyterian Manse building in Dungog, or the old Court house in Paterson
“We intend it to have a voice-over, so that people will know our district much better by the time the day is over.”
Mr Boorer said the committee is inviting businesses who are not already sponsors to get in contact to discuss showcasing their business on the big screen during the rodeo.
