This is the sixth year Dungog and District Neighbourcare has organised the Spring in Your Step day and it gets bigger every year.
Neighbourcare manager Kerry Broad said staff, in particular Debra Redman, were instrumental in organising the day.
“Interest in the day has grown over the years and it is good to be able to present a wide and varied program,” Mrs Broad said.
“It is open to the general public as well as Neighbourcare clients.”
Demonstrations and talks were also given by Neighbourcare staff, Australian Hearing, Hunter Mobility and Independence, Vision Australia and dementia advisors as well as Dungog District Rural Fire Brigade.
