Hailing from Newcastle, Whistle Dixie have been wowing audiences all over the country for the past five years. With their rich harmonies, clever songwriting and unique take on country music, they are a must see act that will not disappoint.
Growers Market
August 6: CWA Hall, 199 Dowling Street, Dungog. Time: 8.30am-12pm.
Find fresh produce grown by local farmers, market gardeners and backyard growers. Held every Saturday morning in the courtyard of the CWA Hall.
Ride Dungog Funduro
August 6: Dungog Common. Time: 9am-5.30pm. Cost: $20-$50

Films at James Theatre

Friends of the James Theatre Dungog will be showing Top Gun: Maverick from 7pm-9pm on Saturday and Australian outback film The Drover's Wife: The Legend of Molly Johnson from 5pm-7pm on Sunday. Tickets: jamestheatre.com.au.

Hosted by Run Dungog, the Dungog Trail Running Festival has a distance for everyone - 20k, 10k, 5k and The Mountaineer (600m hill sprint). Kids under 12 run free but registrations required: rundungog.com.
