It showcases dancing, drama and music done by students from kindergarten through to year 12.
Dungog Public School's assistant principal Adrianne Coleman is excited to see the kids perform again.
"I love participating in Star Struck. This is my 10th Star Struck that I've done as a teacher, so yeah I really enjoy it," Ms Coleman said.
According to Ms Coleman, the kids love practising and eventually performing in Star Struck.
"The kids thrive off it. They absolutely love it. I love seeing the kids coming out of their shell," Ms Coleman said.
This year, Star Struck is celebrating its 30th anniversary, as a result, this years theme is iconic.
Fittingly, Dungog Primary School have decided that their kindergarteners will be dancing to Sgt Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band, as well as a tune to celebrate Aboriginal Culture, Kulba Yaday.
"There's always one that's celebrating the Aboriginal culture," Ms Coleman said.
