The Warriors got a relatively easy win over the weekend, beating Tea Gardens 48 - 14.
Playing at Myall Park, the Warriors got eight tries and converted them all.

Tea Gardens being at the bottom of the table didn't stop the Warriors from training hard and preparing for the game, according to coach Matt Hinton.
"You should prepare for every game regardless if they're at the top of the ladder or on the bottom, but Tea Gardens were at the bottom. I rested a few, I put in a couple of young fellas," Hinton said.
Although the scoreline shows the Warriors dominating the game, coach Hinton still saw room for improvement.
"To be honest I was filthy that we let in 14 points, but sometimes you get caught scoreboard watching games like that. I think at one point it was 36 to 4," Hinton said.
The Warriors defence overall is good, according to Hinton, with the team averaging 12 points against them each game.
Ideally, Hinton wanted to hold Tea Gardens to zero points.
Of the three scored against the Warriors one was an intercept and the other two were due to being lazy in the middle, according to Hinton.
"It's only early in the season. The boys are going pretty well so I was happy with the result," Hinton said.
Stand out performances included Liam Kennedy, Stephen Curnow and Luke Rits.
"Luke Rits had an absolute belter, he couldn't be stopped," Hinton said.
The try scorers for the Warriors were Travis Crouch, Matt Hinton, Wyll Darr, Joseph Hooke, and Steven Curnow and Luke Rits both scored two each.
Oliver Pritchard converted all of the tries.
The Warriors also had an abundance of players over the weekend, breaking the pattern of being short on players.
Besides the win, the weekend marked a special occasion for Hinton and one of his players.
The team celebrated Luke Rits' 100th game with the club, and Hinton's 150th game.
This week, Dungog have a tough game against Gloucester.
"Our attack was really good but it's gonna have to be better next week. We're playing Gloucester who are going to be a really tough battle. They're one of the teams to beat," Hinton said.

Gloucester are currently top of the ladder with four wins, and Dungog are coming in third with three wins.
Hinton is keen for the game and hoping to win, however this early in the season a win isn't everything, according to Hinton.
"Obviously I'm hoping to win, but a wins not really everything at this time of the year, as long as we go through our process and worry about what we've got to do I'm sure we'll get the win," Hinton said.
"As long as we compete hard put in effort we won't be disappointed."
Dungog also has the home field advantage for the first time this season.
The game is set to start at 3pm on Saturday, May 14, at Bennett Park.
