But one object in her shop - which is not for sale - has been sparking a huge amount of interest - the Sid Davey greyhound racing wheel.
The unusual piece of equipment runs on a bicycle sprocket and chain with 16 dogs "racing" with a different winner each time.
Ms Bayne said she regularly has people recount their memories of the machine which is more than 80 years old.
"One customer who came from the Central Coast said she had heard about the machine from her partner talking about his childhood," she said.
"I thought, well it's always been here at Dungog, but next thing you know she is on the phone to her partner who sent through a photo of him and his siblings with it.
"It turns out the ambos lent it out to the Toukley ambos for a fundraiser 50 years ago."
