In turn, this helps the group's aims to support, educate and inspire the community to engage in reconciliation activities.
A handmade quilt is being raffled to help the fundraising activities.
Raffle tickets are two for $5 and the group is also selling reconciliation shopping bags for $25 - you can buy tickets and see the quilt at 92 Dowling Street.
The beautiful handmade oversized lap quilt, made using ethically sourced Indigenous fabrics from Aboriginal Fabrics Gallery in Alice Springs is the first prize.
Second prize is a ceramic garden pot in the distinctive colours of red ochre and sandstone.
The raffle will be drawn during NAIDOC week 2021.
Prize winners will be notified by phone and published on the Reconciliation Dungog Facebook page.
