They finished on top of the table with 60 points, nine clear of Stroud in second place. Wallarobba was third on 46 and Clarence Town fourth on 41.
Karuah and Stroud meet in the major semi-final this Saturday at Bennett Park with a spot in the grand final up for grabs.
The loser will face the winner of the minor semi-final between Wallarobba and Clarence Town at Gresford in the preliminary final on February 29.
Wallarobba will go into the minor semi as favourites after Murray Tighe claimed 6-8 in a superb bowling effort to lead his side to a six-wicket win against Clarence Town at Bennett Park on Saturday.
Clarence Town batted first and were all out for 68 with only David McBlane (18) and Paul Kershaw (13) reaching double figures.
Wallarobba chased down their target in the 19th over. Stuart Reeves top scored with 20 to go with his 2-6 with the ball. Skipper Chad Walters made 12 and Tighe and Mathew Gehrig were both unbeaten on 11.
Karuah geared up for the finals with an emphatic win against Bunnies at Karuah Oval.
Batting first, Bunnies made 7/135 with Scott Gardner making 50 and Brendon Cox chiming in with 15.
It took Karuah just 14 overs to reel in the target courtesy of some big hitting by No.3 Josh Simms who finished unbeaten on 64.
Captain Colin McCarthy made 48 not out at the top of the order and his opening partner Brad Pinch was out for 25 to go with his 2-26.
In the final match Stroud was stretched to the final over to secure a four-wicket win against Stockmans at Vacy Sports Ground.
Stockmans were all out for 177 in the 34th over. Brett Standing took 5-28 off six overs and Paul Hunt finished with 3-36 off 6.5 overs.
Scott Edwards top scored with 55 and Will Hampton made 36 as Stroud reached their target making 6/182 with an over to spare.
