Along with Sculpture on the Farm at Fosterton, Oktoberfest at Wallarobba, films at the James Theatre, events at the Settlers Arms, local galleries and gift shops open the Dungog Festival is shaping up to attract plenty of visitors.
The Festival kicks off on Friday with the Dungog Arts Society's exhibition in the Festival Lounge along with a photographic exhibition of longstanding businesses.
Sculpture on the Farm will have its gala opening and announcement of the winner.
On Saturday the street parade starts at 11.30am and later that night the town's main street is closed for the dinner under the stars with the renowned Long Table Dinner.
Tickets for the popular event are now on sale on the Dungog Festival website.
The Sunday street party will kick off at 10am and provide plenty of entertainment until 5.30pm.
Australian Idol favourites Trent Bell and Wes Carr will be the closing acts.
