The Glen William Public School's major fund raiser for the year is on again, next Sunday, August 25.
While bike riders can choose between a 26 kilometre ride around the loop or a 10 kilometre course, there's plenty to look forward to at the finish line.
The tiny school's P and C committee and their families and friends have been working hard for months to make the fair even bigger than the previous five years it has been held.
"It's our major fundraiser for the year but it is more than that," said Julie Vasic from the P and C.
"It's a chance to connect to our community and show the vibrant inclusiveness of our school.
"Small schools are a wonderful choice and this event celebrates this historic school which has been running since the 1800s and is staying relevant."
This year for the first time the committee has organised a bungee trampoline for the fair which also includes 30 market stalls, a chocolate wheel, hoopla, face painting and the popular cake and lolly stalls.
The SES will have a display and the school will showcase the children's talents with a special performance.
The barbecue will run all day from breakfast before and after the ride with roast beef rolls and devonshire teas also available.
Riders can register on the day at 8.30am for $2 with the chance to win a lucky bike rider prize.
The fair runs from 9am until 2pm at Glen William Public School - 717 Glen William Road Glen William.
