Fair organiser Jackie Bayne presented the society's president George Sales with a cheque for $4000 raised during the June 1 and 2 event.
Mr Sales said the funds would go towards their ongoing costs in running the museum.
Ms Bayne has also handed over the large raffle baskets to winners Jennifer and Don Mountain of Maitland.
Around $1000 of the money raised came from raffle ticket sales. Archie the parrot (and owner Glenn Earnshaw) helped raise $100, where for a gold coin donation, people could get a selfie with the colourful bird.
Ms Bayne thanked the business community, volunteers and attendees for making the event such a success.
