Take a good look at these tiny dancers - they are about to be stars of Star Struck.

Star Struck is a NSW Department of Education annual performing arts event for the Hunter and Central Coast.

The showcase of dance, drama and music performed by students from Kindergarten to Year 12 will hit Newcastle Entertainment Centre from Friday, June 14 and Saturday, June 15.

Micheala, Jessica, Caitlin, MaKayla, Georgia, Shelby, Stephanie and Isabella are eight talented dancers from Glen William Public School taking part in the four-performance extravaganza.

The pint-sized dancers range from Year 2 to Year 6.

"They have been working hard with Miss Mollie Burton with their preparation across the sunflower dance and the finale," said Glen William principal Kristy Bultitude.

"The school would like to thank the Clarence Town Bowling Club for the use of the community bus to assist us in transporting the students to and from Newcastle for their rehearsals."

Tickets are available through Ticketek.
