The owners of Vacy General Store snagged not one but two accolades in this year's awards, winning the Customer Service category as well as the overall win.
"To be honest we are still in a little bit of shock, said Ian Muncaster.
"We thought we might do okay, but to win the major award is just sensational. The atmosphere in the store since has been great.
"It's a real testament to our team here and how hard all of our staff work to give our customers great service."
Since taking on the local store in 2016, Jo and Ian have spent time listening to the community to establish how the store can meet customer demands, expanding its range of products and services.
"We had ideas of how to expand the store when we first stepped in and over time we've increased the range of products we offer." Added Ian.
With a kitchen on site, Ian said it was a 'no-brainer' to establish the store cafe.
Over time the couple responded to customer needs and now provide takeaway service that includes coffee, breakfast, cakes and more.
There's a post office, a growing range of gifts and clothing along with general day to day grocery items.
Vacy General Store is open seven days a week, from 7am.
