There will be more than 50 quilts and patchwork/quilted items on exhibition and the chance to win items in a raffle.
“There are quilts coming from within an area stretching from Singleton to Pelican to Medowie,” said Wendy Hogan from the CWA.
“Thirteen stall holders will be in the hall with patchwork, quilting and sewing supplies as well as beautiful handmade items and other crafts for sale.
“CWA members will run their lovely café with sandwiches, scones, small cakes and slices, tea and coffee available for a light meal,” said Mrs Hogan
Proceeds from Quiltarama will be directed towards CWA projects and to the drought relief appeal. The event will be held at the Clarence Town School of Arts Hall in Grey Street and the Clarence Town Senior Citizens Day Care Centre, directly behind the Hall. Entry fee is $5 covering both venues.
