Tickets for the Long Lazy Lunch, the climax of the October long weekend Festival, are now on sale.
'We're delighted with the way the festival is developing this year,' says Creative Director Sarah Crawford.
'We really believe that the action-packed weekend, with a heavy emphasis on the creative arts, will have something for everyone and the early rush for tickets is a sure sign.'
Brought back by very popular demand, the lazy afternoon will be held in the grounds of the historic homestead of “Cairnsmore”, just out of town.
The stylish informality of the event includes gourmet picnic hampers to enjoy inside or outside.
Whether you want to grab a spot on the grass or set yourselves up at any of the tables and chairs on the verandah or under the trees in the gardens, you'll be able to buy drinks at the bar, kick back and listen to some local music in beautiful surrounds.
Tickets are on sale now online at www.dungogfestival.com.au , or they can be purchased in person from the Dungog Festival Box Office at 224 Dowling Street Dungog.
