The new Dungog warehouse opened its doors to the community just a few weeks ago, and is the second physical store for owner James Ramm.
Having worked at his Father's store in Rutherford, James saw the need for rural products to be available via the web, for a broader regional customer base and launched an online store in 2008.
Since that time he has followed his instincts and branched out to open a store in Singleton in 2009, followed by a purpose built premises at 47 Magpie Street, Singleton in 2015.
Offering a large range of well known rural merchandise including fencing and fencing materials, pet and poultry produce, fertilizers and farm supplies, the store also provides a delivery service.
James and his team pride themselves on continually offering great prices, with a service you that both local and regional customers know they can rely on.
“Service is key to everything we do. If we don’t stock something we will certainly make sure we try and source it for customers, “ begins James.
“Our focus is to always provide the best products, the best prices and outstanding local service.”
As a member of AIRR (Australian Independent Rural Retailers) the warehouse is able to leverage stronger buying power ensuring that prices always stay competitive, it also ensures that the range of stock is optimal, giving customers a good choice of products.
The Opening day will be held at the store on June 1 at 10am until 2pm and will offer a host of lucky door prizes and a chance to go into the draw to win a pizza oven for those customers that spend $500 or more on Waratah Products.
There will be a sausage sizzle and drinks available on the day and a selection of suppliers will be at the store to chat to customers and answer any questions they might have.
