A 65-year-old man was arrested and charged with cultivating a prohibited plant after Port Stephens-Hunter police attended the Allyn River Road property on Thursday.
Maitland police officer in charge Chief Inspector Glenn Blain said three of the plants were found behind a house on the property and another 13 were located in a nearby paddock.
