Dungog cricket returns on Saturday for the first round after the Christmas break.

Karuah White tops the table from Karuah Red, with Clarence Town third and Gresford in fourth place.

The crucial match-up between Clarence Town at Karuah White at Clarence Town will be the highlight of the round.

Bunnies play Gresford at Dungog High School and Stockmans play Karuah Red at Vacy. Wallarobba have the bye.

The final four rounds of the regular season will be played in the new year, before a final series involving the top eight teams begins on February 17 with a four-game elimination final round.

There will be two semi-finals on February 24, followed by two preliminary finals on March 3 and the grand final on March 10.

The Dungog Shire’s junior cricketers will not return until after the school holidays.
