Hunter Valley, the reigning title holders, had a big win on Thursday against Clarence Town Public School.
They posted 1/167 with Harrison Allomes, Oscar Stenz, Charlie Walker, Bailey Fisher and Oscar Walker all retiring on reaching 25.
Clarence Town made 8-52 in reply with Zach Braun-Socha top scoring on 14.
St Phillip’s made 3/79 to pass Largs Public School total of 5/73 at Seaham on Friday.
Jesse Mead top scored for Largs with 19. St Phillip’s run chase was led by Aiden Eather on 25 retired and Kevin Bates 26 not out.
The final is expected to be played next week at a venue to be decided.
