Country Elegance at Dungog is one of the independent garden centres across Australia which will take part in a special program focusing on the benefits of plants and gardens to enrich our lives.
Garden Releaf will be held this Friday, March 17 and Saturday, March 18.
Last year the program raised $70,000 for Beyond Blue with Country Elegance raising $2000.
The centre will be exploding with blue plants – blueberries, hydrangea, salvia, lavender and more and 20 per cent of all sales on the Friday and Saturday will go to Beyond Blue.
The popular fairy garden workshops are back on Friday March 17 and Saturday March 18 and bookings are essential.
Nursery owner Janice Bonamy said with three million Australians living with depression or anxiety, Beyond Blue was a great charity to support.
“Beyond Blue provides information and support to help everyone in Australia achieve their best possible mental health, whatever their age and wherever they live,” she said.
