Sporting awards

Hunter region representatives for swimming were Rhianon Denniss, Ellen Maytom, Isabella McInnes and Madelyn Beetham.

Athletics representatives were Rigby Vane-Wood, Ramsey Vane-Wood, Damien Hodges and Emily Muddle.

Lachlan Ellis represented in cross country, Ramsey Vane-Wood in cricket and Andrew Deasey, Jared Ford, Jordan Mitchell and Jake Ballard in lawn bowls.

Russel Sherwin Memorial Award for Effort in Sport Melissa Nelson, Osmond Award for Outstanding Achievement in Athletics Rigby Vane-Wood and Shelby-Lee Wintle.

Lodge Hunter-Hiram Award for Outstanding Achievement in Swimming Ellen Maytom and  outstanding achievement in cross country Courtney Wevers.

Premier’s Sporting Challenge Medal was given to Thomas Everett, Sportsman of the Year Rigby Vane-Wood and Sportswoman of the Year Rhianon Denniss.
