Independents and Labor dominate Dungog election

Independents and Country Labor dominate the early running as election day at Dungog draws to a close.

In Dungog ward A, Independents John Conners and Tracy Norman and Labor's Jan Lyon lead the pack.

In Dungog ward B, Independents Digby Rayward, Greg Riley, and Steve Low are at the front.

It’s a similar story in Dungog's ward C, with Independents Glenn Wall and Robert Booth and Country Labor’s Lisa Turner.

Alongside the council elections, Dungog locals were also asked two referendum questions and four poll questions to help shape their town’s future.
