Dungog finished top of the U12 Division 2 ladder on 36 points one point ahead of Western Suburbs with Thornton Park third and Raymond Terrace fourth.
The combined Raymond Terrace/Clarence Town team finished bottom.
The Dungog boys face Raymond Terrace in the semi-finals, with Western Suburbs playing Thornton Park in the other. The venues are to be confirmed. The grand final is on March 18.
In a season disrupted by wash-outs and extreme heat, Dungog managed to win eight of the 10 games they contested in the 16-round competition.
Clarence Town under 13s narrowly missed a spot in the finals, finishing just two points outside the top four. Seaham under 14s finished outside the finals race.
The final regular round of junior cricket was washed out across the district.
