Gail Hannan and Rita Garland were given certificates of appreciation for all of their help in organising recent day trips.
The ladies were awarded at a legacy luncheon at Ms Hannan’s home on Thursday, October 13.
Members and Legatees enjoyed a lunch with games and scrumptious platters and bowls of food.
Dungog Legacy member Dawn Studdert said she wanted to give a big thank you to all of the Dungog Legacy Committee for all of the work and organising they do for war widows and veterans within the Dungog Shire.
Legacy is a volunteer organisation which helps about 80,000 Australian families of veterans who have died or given their health.
