The Dungog Warriors under 13s set the stage with a thrilling 22-18 win holding out Mallabula in a desperate defensive last set on their tryline to claim the premiership.
The Warriors seniors are continuing their great run and are one game from the Newcastle and Hunter Rugby League C=grade grand final now after beating Kotara 20-8.
The action continues across the day in senior and junior finals series in netball, hockey, the four football codes so please send us your photographs to mark this special weekend.
