The Greater Bank and its charitable foundation last week recognised staff for their work to support the community. The awards recognise staff members who has gone above and beyond in their efforts to give back to their community.
Mrs Dodd is Greater Bank’s Raymond Terrace branch supervisor.
She volunteers at the playgroups run as part of the Australian first Early Intervention Readiness Program (EIRP).
“As well as providing funding for the EIRP project, the Greater Foundation arranges for staff to volunteer with Aspect,” Mrs Dodd said.
“I spent three days there in the past year and it is great to watch the children and their mums being able to enjoy playgroup in an environment that suits them and their needs. I certainly wasn’t expecting the award, but it good to see the work Aspect does highlighted.”
