Jayden Robinson, Jake Ballard and Tyron Moore defeated Tomaree High, a school of 2000 students.
They then comfortably accounted for Whitebridge High on Thursday by 23 to 10. Well done and good luck in your future games.
Tyron is new to the game and he played consistently and Jayden skipped the side for the first time.
We saw a rare rain-affected Tuesday Clique of 26 bowlers. Winners were Tony Higgins and Col Jones on 34 points.
Runners up were Pommy Dave Turner and Gary Picton.
The treasure chest was won by Wayne Pritchard and consolation prizes went to Kerry Muddle, Col Webb and Pel Brorson.
Round 7 of the pennants draw will be played on Saturday.
Grade 3 will travel to Singleton RSL, grade 6 v Miller Park at Dungog and grade 7 v Clarence Town at Dungog. Two home games, one away.
Good luck all grades. Teams will be posted in the foyer.
Wednesday twilight bowls was another successful night with 30 bowlers enjoying a magnificent evening.
Congratulations to the 15 winners on the night.
Wednesday night of bowls is a great chance to learn bowls, have a feed and have some fun too.
All for the sum of only $12 and bowls can be supplied by the club, free of charge.
Friday mixed bowls was played at 1pm on Good Friday. Congratulations to Tony Higgins, Tony Skimmings and Stewart Eyb winners on the day.
The Easter weekend was quite wet, but players still showed up each day for a roll up on our all weather surface.
