Far from it being some kind of emergency that warranted potentially running over a nine-year-old girl, the woman then simply parked to the side of the Chronicle's office and strolled away chatting with someone.
Would your idiotic rush for a park and chat have been worth the catastrophe that almost happened?
When I was driving in India I was warned to drive with great care because should I knock down a pedestrian a mob was likely to swarm the car and try to kill me.
I completely understand the sentiment, but let's not let it get to that in Dungog.
