Two hundred guests enjoyed a delicious three course meal showcasing locally grown products, talented chefs and well known Hunter Valley wines all under the stars.
The festival kicked off with a movie Tasting Menu at the James Theatre at 6pm before guests walked back down to Dowling Street to the vision of a long table decorated with candles, trees with fairy lights and heaters to keep warm.
The menu included antipasto, two soups, two mains, three deserts and petit fours to finish the evening.
The meals were served by students from Dungog High School.
