Like their male counterparts they are through to the grand final with a hard fought 2-0 win over the ladies from Valentine.
The Dungog ladies will now have next weekend off while Valentine and Adamstown do battle at Howe Park, Singleton with winner earning the right to play Dungog in the grand final on September 7 at Turner Park, Cessnock, with a 9am kick off.
The first half kicked off with both teams eager to win.
Possession during the first half of play was fairly even with both teams having a few shots at goals but superb keeping from the fill-in goal keeper Madeline Wilton kept Valentine at bay.

Dungog was first to score when Rachel Williams chipped one over the head of the Valentine keeper and the score was 1-0. That's how it remained till half time.
After several near misses by Dungog, their second and final goal for the game came from a beautiful passing game consisting of Rachel Williams, Sam Simmonds and Olivia Hannan who made the most of her opportunity and popped a nice shot into the back of the net.
This gave Dungog a 2-0 advantage with several more near misses by both teams and time running out for Valentine, Dungog held on to their 2-0 lead which was the final score at full time.
It was great team effort with everyone playing their part in the win and it was good to see our regular keeper Karyn Marsh play the last 20 minutes of the game in goals which allowed Maddy Wilton to have a run in the back line.
Men's team in grand final too
Dungog's Friday night Boomerangs are through to the grand final with a hard fought 3-0 victory over Morisset.
Geraldinho, Rohan Mate and Joe Atkins were the goal scorers for Dungog and man of the match went to Bowen Bagnall who had a superb game in central midfield.
Dungog will now have a week off, while Morisset will play Mayfield United and the winner earning the right to play Dungog in grand final on September 5 at Tenambit with a 8pm kick off.
