Anzac Day services on Friday in Dungog will begin as the sun rises, with a service to be held at 5.30am at the cenotaph at Dungog Memorial RSL Club.

Following the dawn gathering, there will a short service at the graves of those soldiers who died while encamped at the Dungog showground during World War II. Their graves lie adjacent to the cemetery.
People from the Dungog RSL will then travel to Stroud to take part in their Anzac Day celebrations, before returning to take part in the main service at 10.30am.
A march will take place from the front of the Dungog post office to the RSL cenotaph, followed by a wreath-laying.
Anyone is welcome to lay a wreath during the service at the cenotaph.
Following the service, a lunch will be laid on at the RSL Club for participating servicemen and women and their partners.
Another large crowd is expected at Clarence Town for a dawn service on Friday morning.
A march will take place from the bowling club to the cenotaph, where a short service and wreath-laying will take place
After the service, a free breakfast provided by the Clarence Town Anzac committee will be laid on at the bowling club, and everyone is welcome to attend.
A dawn march will also be held in Paterson at 5.30am, with participants asked to gather at Stockers and Partridge Garage in Sloane Street.
The march will continue on to the war memorial for a service, wreath and book-laying ceremony.
A traditional breakfast will be held at the Paterson Tavern, and people are asked to bring along a gold coin donation.
Anzac bowls will be held from 10am at the club, and two-up will be held at the club from midday.
Gresford will host an Anzac Day march at 10.30am, starting at Everett’s Garage on Durham Road. The march will end at the cenotaph in Parks Street, for a wreath-laying ceremony and service.
After the service, there will be an Anzac Day luncheon at the School of Arts supper and RSL rooms.
Following the service at the war graves at Dungog cemetery, a bus will take people from Dungog RSL to Stroud for their 8am service.
People will start assembling near the clock at the corner of Cowper Street and Memorial Avenue at 8am and march down to the cenotaph for the service.
People are invited to bring a chair and come and sit around the rotunda where the Stroud Choir will be located.
