Dungog senior golf pennant side scored a convincing win when they played Muswellbrook at The Oaks on the weekend.
John Copus and Phil Flannery won 5-4, Jim Papworth and Spencer Shelton won 3-2 but Ted Russell and Bruce Pritchard lost one down.
In B-grade the news was not as good with the side losing to Kurri at Paterson.
Robert Hampton and Richard Berry lost 4-3 and Bryce Whale and Cayle Middleton also lost 4-3.
Stuart Lowrey, playing by himself, was leading 6 up with 7 to play, however fatigue set in and he went down by one.
