27 Jan, 2010 04:00 AM
Five golfers took home prizes from last Wednesday’s chook run at Dungog Golf Club.

Winners were Shirley Cox, Ryan Trummel and Jarrod O’Neill all on 28 nett, Bryce Whale 29 and Jeremy Cross 31.

It was a very hot day on Saturday for the single stableford and golfers did well to finish.

Winners were PG Dickson with 40 points and Eric Hoad 37 points on countback.

Balls went to David Marsh and Bryce Whale.

NTP 01-9 David Marsh.

Sunday was a much kinder day temperature wise.

There were three pennant teams away representing the club.

Eric Hoad was the chook run winner with 32 nett and runner-up Sandy Edwards with 33 nett c/b.

Today is the normal daylight saving chook run, Saturday two-person ambrose with meat tray prizes and Sunday chook run.
