Dungog Golf Club’s senior pennant side played the highly fancied Maitland side at Scone on Sunday and came away with a 2-1 win.
John Copus and Ted Russell won 3-2, Joe Koch and Bruce Pritchard won one up and Steve Ryan and Kevin Marquardt lost 5-4.
In Wednesday’s chook run Stuart Lowrey was the winner with 33 nett.
A single stableford was played on Saturday with the winner being Craig Bosworth with 44 points.
Runner-up was Peter Kennedy.

Presentation was held on Sunday and a two person ambrose was played.
It was a great day for golf.

Runners-up were Clive Gorton and Col Bagnall, Jason Baillie and Mick Bagnall, John Campbell and Alec Olsen, Rob Brown and David Berry and Eric Hoad and Sandy Edwards.
Tankards were presented to the major winners.
Today is the daylight saving chook run and the winner will receive a ham while runners-up will get chickens.
On Christmas Eve a single stableford will be played.
The club will be closed on Christmas Day and a chook run will be played on Boxing Day.
