Clarence Town Public School held their annual awards on Wednesday, December 7.
Isabella Hudson was named Dux of the year and Caitlan Faust received the principal’s award for effort and achievement.
The P & C sportsmanship award was given to Ajiah Lencz-Rufo and Georgia Pike received the principal’s award for most improved.
Jade Grant received the Lindsay Stibbard citizenship award and the public speaking award went to Jack O’Brien.
In the Bright Futures awards, Lucas Heaney received the environment award, Caitlin Hatton the science and Edan Ruddy the mathematics.
In the sports awards Rhuma Lencz-Rufo was junior girl and Jack Falconer junior boy. Lara Hayden and Ellie Wallace were jointly named senior girls and Jake Bannister was named senior boy.
Most improved students were Tyler Marks, Toby Rule, Abbie Moir-Turner, Samuel Cummings, Cohen Heaney, Jai Tout and Abby Wright.
